Now days, sanitizer plays an important role in our day to day life. Whenever we enters in our house, suppose to eat anything, touch anything or before used a packed item, the first thing that comes in our mind is Sanitized our hands.
During this COVID -19 and lockdown many of us are unable to buy hand sanitizer because of less quantity available at market and it often out of stock in the market.
One can use soap and water to clean their hands but if we are outside then sanitizer comes in picture. As per WHO (World health Organization) sanitizer that consists 60-70 % of Alcohol is helpful in order to kill the germs.

- Isopropyl Alcohol – at least 60 % of Alcohol is required
- Aleo vera gel / Glycerin
- Tea tree oil/ or any essential oil / lemon juice
- A container
- Spoon for measuring and mixing
Steps for making Hand Sanitizer at home-
These basic steps will help definitely work to make instant Hand Sanitizer at Home by following just few steps.
Step 1: Mix Aloe Vera gel & Glycerin with Isopropyl Alcohol in a Clean air tight Container. To measure it properly you should take 1/3 of Aloe Vera Gel / Glycerin plus 2/3 of Isopropyl Alcohol.
Step 2: Mix it properly with a spoon.
Step 3: Add few drops of Tea tree oil or any essential oil or lemon juice on it.
Step 4: Again Mix the entire ingredients well.
Note- Make sure your container in which you are keeping hand sanitizer should be clean and air tight. Alcohol will get evaporates if the container is not air tight.
